“Through my own process of recovery, I have devoted myself to dismantling unconsciousness in order to find a pathway to true healing.
Along the way, I have witnessed a distinct pattern of how suffering operates in myself and in others. Like archetypal forces that are symbolic indicators of where someone is at in their experience of struggle (shame, insecurity, self-judgement, addiction, depression) and healing, a visual map is revealed.
Rather than seeing suffering as the end point, it is simply one stop along the way.
Like a sacred and circular journey that leads from the innocence of our true and conscious selves, through the depths of pain and suffering, and back home to the light of our true nature––sense can be made of suffering. And, with the help of the archetypal sign posts, the process of suffering and healing can be visually displayed, mentally comprehended, and actively approached.
